IYST, the International Youth Summit of Transylvania is an annual conference founded by one of the students in our school, held this year's edition online, after last year having to be postponed.

The conference is a five day long form, consisting of three days of debate, discussing cultural issues. This year's topics - Human Impact on Wildlife, Cultural Globalisation and Education in the Post Modern Society, solicited the need for a couple introductory videos for each day of debate, outlining the beginning of each day.

These videos, presented below, were a team effort comprised of me and two of my colleagues - one of whom (Vanessa Isip), is also working with me for our film opening task. They were presented during the conference through screen sharing on Zoom - here is the summit's YouTube channel comprising of screen recordings of the conference sessions.

Each of them were edited entirely by myself, as my teammates did not have the hardware necessary, nor any prior experience (although my own experience was minimal, at best). The first and third videos (day 2 + day 4) were filmed by my colleagues, and the second by myself. I feel I definitely learned a lot over the course of editing these videos, and this skill will prove useful to further later on in our coursework.

Alongside these videos introducing the debate topics, we were also tasked to create a virtual tour for our school, ready to present to international students and public alike. This video was filmed almost entirely by myself - and again edited on my own.
