In order to prepare for filming, we created call sheets for each day in which we will film.
We made sure to plan out exactly what shots we will film in that day, as well as which cameras that we will use and any other equipment we might need. We held meetings in school, as well as online to make sure that everything was ready and that we were prepared to begin filming.
To the right is one of the instances of us gathered at school, planning out our process.
Below are the call sheets for each of the days in which we have decided to film, In our case, they might not be as useful compared to those in more element based and organizational situations - those with props, many crew members, items to bring and so on. When actually filming, probably the only item of note that we'll make reference to would be our script, which even that may possibly be derived from, depending on the given situation. However, creating these call sheets was certainly useful in terms of the possible future - taught us a bit of terminology and acronyms within the filming industry.
